About the Policy

At Timeless Jewels, we want you to cherish your purchase! We gladly facilitate exchanges within 7 days for items with manufacturing faults or damages. Eligible items must not have been worn, altered, scratched, or custom-made, and must reach us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange. All returns require a copy of your proof of purchase and must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

 

For a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Regrettably, no refund is applicable for change-of-mind according to VIC Customer Affairs regulations. Refunds are solely provided for manufacturing faults.

• Change of mind

• AFTERPAY purchases

• Sale items

• Engraved items

• Custom orders

Please ensure you provide a receipt or proof of purchase for your return. Items must be shipped back within 60 days of delivery.

• Description of the item being returned

If you seek an exchange for a different item, please contact our team for assistance.

Please note, you are responsible for shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
